Ni-Mang 14 Flux Cored Flux Cored Wir
This open arc (self-shielding) flux-cored wire is designed for build-up, joining and hard-facing. Designed for wear plate, manganese steel, carbon, and stainless. With its unlimited build-up it will yield deposits that work harden with good corrosion and good temperature hardness. Applications commonly found with great results may include back hoe driver blades/bars, crusher jaws, hammer/roll shells, tamper railroad bars/tracks/switches/crossovers, buckets, breaker bars, crusher jaws/rolls and shovel teeth. Often used as a build up or underlying or cushion to prepare for harder final welding.
